Our purposely designed Ball Unit Test Rig ensures product quality is maintained. Each unit is load tested for a million cycles. This rigorous testing, together with nearly 60 years of research, development and experience guarantees a quality of the highest standards. BS EN ISO 9001:2015 registered.
Each unit is pre-lubricated during the manufacturing process. If units do become dry, we suggest using WD40 or a light engine oil to prolong the life of the ball unit. Please note, our stainless steel units are supplied ‘dry’.
